国ペルーと日本で育った日系ペルー人の映画監督、脚本家、エディター（映像編集者）、研究者。記憶、移民、アイデンティティ、そしてオーディオビジュアル（映像音響）遺産をテーマに作品を手がける。
キューバ国際映画テレビ学校（EICTV）にて映画監督コースを卒業。スペインのUNIRにてクリエイティブ・スクリーンライティングの修士号、およびオーディオビジュアル保存・修復の高等ディプロマ（DiPRA）を取得。これまでに国際協力機構（JICA）の枠組みにおいて、メディアやコミュニケーションを通じた日系人コミュニティへの支援業務に従事。また、「タレンツ・ブエノスアイレス」や「IDFAアカデミー（アムステルダム国際ドキュメンタリー映画祭）」などの国際プログラムに選出される。
監督・編集を務めた短編映画『マサオ・ナカガワの光（The Light of Masao Nakagawa）』や『二つの島の間で（Between Two Islands）』は、クレルモンフェラン国際短編映画祭、マル・デル・プラタ国際映画祭、マラガ映画祭、ショートショート フィルムフェスティバル & アジア（日本）、ビアリッツ・ラテンアメリカ映画祭、リマ映画祭など、数々の主要な国際映画祭で上映されている。
映像制作会社「N35 Films」の共同創設者であり、記憶、アーカイブ、文化的アイデンティティに焦点を当てたドキュメンタリーやハイブリッド映画の開発を行う。現在は、自身初となる長編ドキュメンタリー映画『眼の記憶（The Memoir of the Eye）』の完成に向けて取り組んでいる。
Peruvian Nikkei filmmaker, director, screenwriter, editor, and researcher raised between Perú and Japan. His work explores memory, migration, identity, and audiovisual heritage.
He graduated in Fiction Directing from the International School of Film and Television (EICTV) in Cuba, holds a Master’s Degree in Creative Screenwriting from UNIR (Spain), and a Graduate Diploma in Audiovisual Preservation and Restoration (DiPRA). He has worked alongside the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) providing communication and media support for the Nikkei community, and has participated in international programs such as Talents Buenos Aires and the IDFA Academy.
His short films, including The Light of Masao Nakagawa and Between Two Islands, have been screened at prestigious international festivals such as Clermont-Ferrand, Mar del Plata, Málaga, Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia, Biarritz Amérique Latine, and the Lima Film Festival, among others.
As a founding partner of N35 Films, he develops documentary and hybrid cinema projects focused on memory, archives, and cultural identity. He is currently completing his first feature documentary, The Memoir of the Eye.
